Monogamy is a habit of one adult male and one adult female, forming a lifelong pair bond.
However, monogamy is extremely rare among mammals as living habit;
Practically only 3 percent of mammals are naturally monogamous.
As statistics speak for themselves - about half of the marriages end in divorce.
Do men and women really have hard time being faithful to each other?
Theoretically they are monogamy but somehow need some excitement?
Or human beings just simply enjoy getting into affairs?
Maybe people cheat simply because they are not strong enough to break up with their significant other in order to get the new person.
Maybe people cheat simply because they are afraid to hurt the person they so called "love".
But do they ever think that someday the person might get to know the truth;
When the person gets to know has all along been cheated;
Can the person deal with the depressions and disappointment?
If you really love the person, you won't cheat the person.
Boredom is another reason that caused monogamy to fail.
And I assume this is the root of all.
It's tough to keep that edge throughout a relationship
Your relationship starts off grand then level off;
Eventually both of you realize what is life.
When you meet someone else,
The inaugural excitement of a new relationship kicks back in.
Why can't people just break up as soon as you have an urge to cheat?
Why can't people go in relationship in one-on-one basis?
Or is it natural to have the temptation?
Or temptation is a sign that the relationship is losing its fire?
It is your choice whether you want to be monogamous.
The reason for you to cheat is just an excuse.
